How it works

  • Sign in with CY Login.
  • Choose a published scheme from the list.
  • Submit an application, appeal or payment claim, and track its status.

What you can do

  • Apply for an employment subsidy scheme.
  • Track your applications (in progress, approved, rejected or withdrawn).
  • Submit an appeal if an application is rejected.
  • Submit a payment claim for an approved application.
  • Track your payment claims (in progress, approved or rejected).

Use this platform if

  • You are an employer applying to hire an unemployed person who meets the scheme criteria.
  • You want to appeal a rejected application.
  • You want to submit a payment claim for an approved application.

Before you start

  • You need a verified CY Login account. If you do not have one, you can register for CY Login(opens in a new tab)
  • Link your CY Login account to your CPSWeb profile so we can confirm your employer details. Go to CPSWeb(opens in a new tab)
  • Before you can apply, you may need to complete steps in CPSWeb (for example: register the unemployed person, post the vacancy, and have the referral confirmed by the Public Employment Service).
  • You will need the employee’s details and any supporting documents required by the scheme (for example, proof they meet the criteria and a photo of their ID).
